Authors spend a lot of time looking through stock photos for cover art and promo material. Sometimes, you end up with some odd ones you were sent for free and don’t really know what to do with. So I though I’d liven up you Friday by sharing 🙂 What would you write about this images?
Gold women’s loafers? A new twist on Dorothy in Oz maybe?
What’s going on in this picture? Is there an invisible basketball involved? You get some weird poses in stock photos sometimes.
This was a freebie. I have yet to find a use for it.
I keep thinking maybe I’ll find a reason to blog about pink star-shaped beads, but nothing’s come to me yet…
This thing just plain creeps me out.
Yes, all writers sit on their chaises in a pant suit to type…
DelSheree Gladden was one of those shy, quiet kids who spent more time reading than talking. Literally. She didn’t speak a single word for the first three months of preschool, but she already had a love for reading. Her fascination with reading led to many hours spent in the library and bookstores, and eventually to writing. She wrote her first novel when she was sixteen years old, but spent ten years rewriting it before having it published.
Native to New Mexico, DelSheree and her husband spent several years in Colorado for college and work before moving back home to be near family again. Their two children love having their cousins close by. When not writing, you can find DelSheree reading, painting, sewing, running, and adventuring with her family.
